Prototype and Production 3D Printing
We use FDM technology to produce high-quality parts for a variety of applications, including rapid prototyping, small production runs, and some end-use parts. Our FDM printers offer a cost-effective solution for producing functional prototypes, custom jigs and fixtures, and low-volume production runs.
For larger production runs or parts that require a higher grade finish, we also offer MJF printing using engineering grade nylons through our manufacturing partners. MJF printed parts are known for their excellent dimensional accuracy, surface finish, strength, and durability, making them suitable for a wide range of end-use applications.
In addition to plastic 3D printing, through our manufacturing partners, we are currently evaluating various metal 3D printing technologies. These will include materials like aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and inconel.
